Getting an aerial view of kalimpong was a superb experience. It took off from dello and landed at dr grahams home and this lasted for close to 15 mins. LTC Tour, LTC Packages are done by us all over India. LTC packages and approved rates are available with us. Government LTC packages are availed by any of our guest. School excursion starting from two nights to 6 nights are arranged by us at various places like Reshi, Rocky Island, Gangtok, Pelling, Thimpu and Paro in Bhutan, Kathmandu and Pokhra in Nepal are organised by us. Even big group starting from 12 are organised by us. This helps in keeping the cost factors low. We do not have any establishment cost hence our low budget packages are quite cheaper than other tourism company. Nepal and Bhutan we have packages for group size 20 and above guest costing within four digits. Security, group insurance own catering system and our own personnel works as escort. We are one of the decent tour operator of the region. For the last few years it has been noticed that just after the railway tickets are booked 90 - 120 days in advance, booking of tours are confirmed and the trend is improving. It has to be realised by our guest that early bookings generally the best hotels at the best locations. Hotels with good service are booked early along with the best vehicle. Last minute bookings though refused by us are entertained by many results in complains and a bad reputation of the region. Hence we request our guest to book early to avoid dissapointment. There are some beautiful home stay at Sittong, Chatakpur, Makaibari Tea Estate, Kettle Valley, Kathambari, etc. Being less in numbers and due to their off beat and beautiful setting rush is bit higher. These are community based Tourism and are really enjoyable staying with locals and learn about their culture and  lifestyle.

For bookings of Government Forest and Hill properties, Mayfair Hotels, Rose Valley resorts, Hollong Forest Resort and similar nice properties advance booking are solicited well in advance to avoid dissapointment. Bookings are confirmed only after a token amount is deposited. Rest of the amount can be deposited 15 - 20 das before the tour starts.

As soon as guest send us the enquiry. We provide initial consultation by phone and e - mail. After the response we plan and let you know if your tour is feasible. Next fix the travel dates and budget. Guests are then requested to look after the economics. If agreed we ask for the deposit. During this ongoing process we load our guest with options, information’s and economics.
